Stroke n Stride follows a simple, flowing loop along Rose Bay Beach, linking short harbour swims with barefoot runs on sand and path. The two-lap format keeps the course familiar and confidence-building, with a mid-course pass through the event hub before heading out again. Compact, sheltered, and easy to follow, it’s a relaxed introduction to moving between land and water.
