Your
adventure

The original Sydney East course, linking bite-sized swims with long, flowing coastal runs from Rose Bay to Hornby Lighthouse and back. Short sections keep it manageable, generous cut-offs remove the pressure, and the rhythm of the course rewards steady forward motion. A true end-to-end harbour journey for adventurous souls.

Keep an eye on the clock

This course includes timed checkpoints to help manage water safety and keep the day flowing smoothly.

If you do not reach Checkpoints #2 or #3 on the return leg before the designated cut-off times, you will not be able to continue beyond that point. This allows our water safety teams to reposition along the course and focus support where it’s needed most.

To stay comfortably on track, plan to complete the course within 3 hours and 45 minutes.

Please note that Enduro presentations will take place at 10:30am. If you are due to finish after this time, you may miss the presentations.
