YOUR
ADVENTURE

A big, bold coastal challenge; this one’s for the legends. Not for the faint-hearted, but oh-so worth it. Team up with a mate, dig deep, and earn those bragging rights. Guaranteed satisfaction, sore legs, and epic memories.

Keep an Eye on the Clock

This course includes timed checkpoints to help us manage water safety and keep the event flowing smoothly.

If you don’t reach Checkpoints #2, #4, or #5 before the designated cut-off times, you won’t be able to continue beyond that point. This ensures our water safety teams can reposition along the course and focus their support where it’s needed most.

To stay on track, aim to complete the course in 3 hours and 45 minutes, maintaining approximately:

2 minutes per 100m in the water
8 minutes per kilometre on the run

These are steady, achievable paces; just keep things consistent and enjoy the journey.
