Your
adventure

A big, bold bayside adventure for the hardy at heart. It asks plenty, gives more, and leaves you buzzing long after the sand shakes out of your shoes. Team up with a mate or take it on solo, dig deep through the swims and shoreline miles, and finish with the kind of salty grin you can’t fake. Epic memories guaranteed.

Keep an eye on the clock

This course includes timed checkpoints to help us manage water safety and keep the event flowing smoothly.

If you don’t reach Checkpoints #2, #4, or #5 before the designated cut-off times, you won’t be able to continue beyond that point. This ensures our water safety teams can reposition along the course and focus their support where it’s needed most.

To stay on track, aim to complete the course in 3 hours and 45 minutes, maintaining approximately:

2 minutes per 100m in the water
8 minutes per kilometre on the run

These are steady, achievable paces; just keep things consistent and enjoy the journey.
